This position requires attention to detail and adherence to quality control standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cleanroom environment and possess mechanical knowledge for operation of cushion-filling machine as needed. Duties Fill cushions with appropriate materials based on production requirements. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment as needed. Follow all company safety protocols during the filling processes. Skills Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure product integrity. Experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality standards in our production line, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. Position begins at an hourly rate but will progress into piecework pay.
