Position Summary The Weaver is responsible for operating and monitoring industrial weaving equipment to produce quality textile products according to company specifications. The ideal candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor weaving machinery. Set up and adjust equipment as needed to maintain production. Inspect finished materials for quality and identify defects. Monitor machines for proper operation and report mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet daily production and quality standards. Work effectively as part of a team. Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications Manufacturing or textile experience is preferred but not required. Previous machine operation experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive movements. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment. Schedule & Pay 2nd
