Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

1st shift, Monday to Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm (Friday OT as needed) What's the Job? Operate a variety of simple machines to produce ventilation or specialty products Ensure work areas are set up safely and efficiently for optimal workflow Monitor quality of materials and finished parts, recommending corrections as needed Track daily production and equipment downtime using control sheets and reports Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to maintain efficiency What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED At least 3 months of manufacturing experience or related work Ability to stand, move, and lift frequently throughout the shift Good communication skills and attention to detail Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment What's in it for me?
