30PM•Job Summary The Machine Operator produces sub assemblies and final assemblies of ventilation and specialty products for the retail and wholesale industry. The operator operates equipment safely and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production targets. The main work location for this role will be the table line, but the ideal candidate will be asked to work in other locations as necessary. Responsibilities Operate a variety of simple, one-step or one-process machines used to manufacture ventilation and specialty products. Follow and stay current with Illustrated Assembly Process sheets and production instructions. Set up and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. Inspect materials and finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify quality issues and recommend adjustments to reduce scrap and improve production. Track daily production, downtime, and equipment performance using production reports and schedule control sheets. Inspect equipment for proper operating efficiency and report any issues to the supervisor or team lead. Clean and maintain equipment and work areas according to plant standards. Perform basic equipment maintenance, minor repairs, and specified operating adjustments when trained and authorized. Identify basic production problems through systematic troubleshooting and report abnormal conditions. Complete all required training and documentation. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure equipment guards and other safety features are properly maintained and used. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to operate basic machinery Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to perform basic troubleshooting Ability to work safely and follow PPE requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Willingness to complete required training Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area Join our team as a Machine Operator to play a vital role in delivering high-quality manufactured products through precision machining and dedicated craftsmanship! •Background Check and Drug Test
