ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will load machines with material, enter data into machines computer controls, inspect and monitor machine and adjust inputs, pressures, and speeds to maintain quality. This is a contract-to-hire position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently Load raw materials and monitor machine performance Adjust machine settings, speed, pressure, and controls as needed Track production counts, material usage, and operational data Perform quality inspections, including measurements, weights, and visual checks Identify and report production or equipment issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all manufacturing and workplace safety procedures Operate a forklift after completing company-provided certification

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience required Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs as needed Willingness to obtain Fork Truck (Forklift) Certification High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Forklift operating experience is a plus

Monday•Thursday 6: 50 AM•6: 50

PM Week Two:

Monday•Thursday 6: 50 PM•6: 50 AM Upon Permanent Hire Employees transition to a DuPont shift schedule, which provides flexibility and extended time.
