In this role, you will thread machines, monitor yarn and thread tension, inspect finished products for quality, and keep equipment and work areas clean. You will work in an active manufacturing environment where attention to quality, safety, and production standards is essential.Responsibilities:
Monitor assigned knitting machines and verify the correct yarn is being used Thread machines and check yarn for knots, lint, and proper thread tension Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards Identify machine issues and notify the appropriate technician when service is needed Move full product containers as required and perform routine cleaning of assigned machines and work areasQualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge of the knitting process, yarn types, and quality standards Ability to understand knitting specification sheets and follow instructions Good communication and organizational skills Ability to read and write English High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the work area Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 10 pounds and push/pull up to 10 pounds, with occasional pushing/pulling of heavier loads as outlined for the position Must wear required PPE, including hearing protection, and follow all established safety procedures Regular attendance is required Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays when requiredBenefits and Perks:
