Monday-Friday, 6 AM-3:00

Contract-to-Hire:

Assembly Operator I:
The technician will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly and testing of cable products:
Production Setup:
Checking the shop schedule for "build to print" tasks and reading build packages.
Technical Assembly:
Processing cables, which includes cutting, stripping, crimping, and final assembly.
Soldering:
Performing soldering tasks on headers or wires to PC Boards (PCBs).
Quality Assurance:
Reviewing application specifications and customer drawings for correct pin-outs to ensure standards are met.
Testing & Packaging:
Conducting end-of-line testing to ensure cables meet all quality requirements before final packaging.
Skills and Experience Candidate Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and prints. Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and calipers. Experience with soldering tools and techniques. Basic electrical knowledge (considered a plus).
Software Skills:
Efficiency with MS Office and Excel.
Professionalism:
Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. We don't hire temps, we hire
