Responsibilities Complete a structured management and sales training curriculum focused on coatings, products and customer solutions Support daily store and facility operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment Assist sales representatives with customer inquiries, quotes, and site visits to industrial and manufacturing clients Analyze customer needs and recommend Sherwin-Williams products and application solutions Track sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to drive growth Collaborate with managers on territory planning, pricing, and promotional activities Participate in safety, compliance, and quality standards training and implementation Build relationships with internal teams and customers to support long-term partnerships Required Skills B2 B sales fundamentals Customer relationship management Manufacturing or industrial product knowledge Inventory management Data entry and basic reporting MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Point-of-sale and order management systems Territory or account planning basics Presentation and product demo skills Basic financial and margin awareness
