Hire Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support manufacturing and production operations. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring various types of production and packaging equipment, handling raw materials, inspecting finished products, and ensuring products meet established quality standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment. Feed raw materials and ingredients into machines according to production requirements. Mix resin and other ingredients used in the manufacturing process. Monitor product formation, extrusion, curing, slitting, winding, and finishing processes. Handle large rolls of material as they come off production equipment. Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications. Package finished products according to established standards. Monitor equipment throughout the production process and report any issues or defects. Maintain accurate production and recordkeeping documentation. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment.

Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable with a strong attendance record. Ability to perform physical production duties, including standing for extended periods and handling manufacturing materials. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
