Schedule Options:

1st Shift runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the Crossover Shift is available from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Role Summary We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to manufacture specialized laminate components specifically for aerospace applications. Your primary focus will be managing adhesive-mixing and laminating machinery while upholding our rigorous benchmarks for production output, product quality, and workplace safety. Core Duties Configure and manage the operation of mixing and laminating machinery Observe and adjust process variables including tension, pressure, and machine heat Prepare and blend necessary adhesive compounds Conduct routine quality inspections and gather product samples to ensure standards are met Utilize hoists, forklifts, and related tools to transport necessary materials Input essential production metrics and material usage logs into the system Execute equipment changeovers and routine sanitation tasks Support technical troubleshooting efforts to minimize operational delays Ensure the workspace remains orderly and hazard-free to support team efficiency Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and utilize required protective gear

Qualifications Essential Criteria:

Completion of high school or a GED equivalent Prior background in manufacturing or a proven capacity for safe industrial work Fundamental proficiency with computer systems High level of precision and focus on detail Dependable work ethic and a collaborative mindset

Desired Skills:

Three or more years of professional production or manufacturing experience Background in roll-to-roll, coating, converting, or laminating processes Proven ability to operate a forklift Aptitude for mechanical problem-solving Prior experience handling industrial equipment or chemical adhesives Physical Demands Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks Regularly stand, walk, reach, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift Operate in an environment containing manufacturing materials, solvents, adhesives, noise, and machinery Mandatory use of personal protective equipment Interested in advancing your career in manufacturing?
