The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting the stage for daily operations by ensuring that all necessary preparations are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently while also collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Responsibilities Prepare the workspace by ensuring cleanliness and organization before opening. Set up equipment, supplies, and displays as per company standards. Conduct safety checks on all equipment to ensure proper functioning. Greet customers warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day. Address any immediate concerns or issues that arise during opening hours. Experience Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we value a willingness to learn and grow. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is an advantage. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service are essential.
