We're looking for motivated individuals for direct-hire positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts in Charlestown, NH. No experience? No problem! Hands-on training provided. Apply today!Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation. Feed and load materials into production equipment according to work instructions and production requirements. Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy while maintaining accurate production counts and records. Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve minor equipment or process issues.Desired Background/Skills:
Ability to stand for the full duration of assigned shifts. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity required. Basic math and computer skills required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.Other Information:
