Job Description

. CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operator candidates for Immediate Direct Hire in the Charlestown, NH area. Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn? We're looking for motivated individuals to work on 2nd & 3rd shift in Charlestown, NH. No experience? No problem! Hands-on training provided. Apply today!

Shift:
  • 2nd (M-F 3pm/3:30pm - 11:30pm/12am)
  • 3rd (Sun-Th 11pm/11:30pm - 7:30am/8am)
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
  • Feed and load materials into production equipment according to work instructions and production requirements.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy while maintaining accurate production counts and records.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve minor equipment or process issues.

  • Able to stand for the full duration of assigned shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity required.
  • Basic math and computer skills required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
