Job Description
We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining multi-head industrial embroidery machines while ensuring high-quality production standards and timely completion of work orders. The ideal candidate will have embroidery experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret work orders and production specifications. Set up and operate multiple 6-head industrial embroidery machines. Monitor embroidery runs and make adjustments as needed. Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve production challenges. Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines. Utilize the proper stabilizers and embroidery techniques for different fabric types. Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance. Work closely with the Department Supervisor while also being able to work independently when needed. Assist in other production departments as necessary.Desired Background/Skills:
Some previous experience operating multi-head industrial embroidery machines required. Experience setting up and running embroidery production jobs. Understanding of embroidery techniques, stabilizers, and different fabric applications. Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production runs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Other Information:
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift and move production materials as needed.Location:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hourSchedule:
