Location:
Portsmouth, New Hampshire We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and ensure products meet company standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to producing high-quality products. Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule, so three-day weekends every week!Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Perform visual quality inspections of finished products, including checking fill levels, packaging, and product appearance. Package finished goods according to specifications. Complete production and operational work orders accurately. Set up equipment and perform machine changeovers as needed. Conduct basic preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in daily operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and lean manufacturing projects. Utilize proper lifting, bending, and twisting techniques while performing job duties.Desired Background/Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Experience in chemical or glass manufacturing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Other Information:
