Position Overview:
As a Machine Operator at Lindt, you will be essential to maintaining the efficient operation of production machinery. Your role will uphold Lindt's high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship. Working alongside a passionate and collaborative team, you will help achieve daily production targets and ensure the delivery of top-tier products.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery to ensure seamless production. Perform routine maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance machine performance. Monitor equipment performance, making adjustments as needed to meet manufacturing goals. Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and quality protocols. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily objectives. Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment status.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Windows-based software. Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions. Technical aptitude, especially in machinery operation and troubleshooting. Preferably experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of 40 pounds, and perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, and reaching. Pay Details:
$16.50 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
