Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Warehouse Packaging Associate on the second shift, working from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with manufacturing standards and safety protocols. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will ensure high-quality output while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in packaging operations, materials handling, and industrial equipment troubleshooting within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Duties Operate packaging equipment to assemble and prepare products for shipment, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations. Handle materials safely using material handling equipment such as forklifts, adhering strictly to safety standards in production and warehouse operations. Interpret production documents and standard operating procedures to accurately package products according to specifications. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, ensuring proper techniques to prevent injury. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery and industrial equipment to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, following safety protocol adherence at all times. Assist in inventory management by accurately documenting packaging activities and materials used, supporting manufacturing documentation requirements. Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred, especially within a GMP or FDA-regulated setting. Familiarity with packaging equipment, industrial machinery, and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills is highly desirable. Knowledge of manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production document interpretation is beneficial. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with good basic math skills for accurate measurements and documentation. Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting techniques and safety protocol adherence. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or industrial automation systems is advantageous but not required.
