Job description Event Crew Member - Tent & Event Rental Team Cooper Party Rentals is hiring Event Crew Members for the busy rental season. We are a full-service event and party rental company providing tents, tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment throughout South Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team. Crew members assist with loading and unloading trucks, tent installation and breakdown, event setup, and warehouse operations. No prior experience in the event rental industry is required — just a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Experience in construction, landscaping, moving, warehouse work, or event setup is a plus. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks with event rental equipment Assist with tent installation and removal Set up and break down tables, chairs, linens, lighting, and other event equipment Work at residential and commercial event sites Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and equipment Follow directions and safety procedures Interact professionally with coworkers and customers Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 75+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend and overtime availability required during peak season Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
