Workout Specialist/Collector

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our legal collections workout team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role assisting with financial recovery workouts, loan restructuring, and client collections. This position requires strong organizational /negotiation skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Manage and collect outstanding debts through effective communication and negotiation. Utilize software to track accounts, document interactions, and update payment statuses. Communication with clients on current negotiations. Assist in forensic investigations and background research related to asset recovery. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections. Experience Previous experience in financial services or collections is preferred. Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately. Proficiency in using financial software for tracking accounts and managing data. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results while maintaining client relationships.
