Job Description

Shift - M-F 8AM-4:30PM Responsibilities Operate automated/manual assembly, blister pack and labeling machines to pack out nasal products, ensuring correct product placement, labeling, and packaging integrity. Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment for different product runs. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime. Perform routine quality checks to ensure packaging integrity and labeling accuracy. Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. Use company computer systems to monitor and record production cycles, output, and any quality issues. Communicate regularly with production coworkers and supervisors to address performance issues and ensure smooth workflow. Inspect and remove defective products or packaging materials to maintain product quality. In nasal product environments, follow gowning procedures, cleanroom protocols, and sanitation standards. Complete batch records, training records, and other required documentation as part of quality systems. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience operating production machinery or packaging equipment; 6-12 months preferred.
Skill Requirements:
Proficiency in inventory management systems Basic computer skills for production tracking systems and job posting Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with GMP, sanitation, and safety protocols (especially in healthcare/pharma packaging) Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects Current forklift license would be plus. Preferred Skills Exposure to heavy machinery. Doesn't need to be a certification, but needs to be familiar with forklift Most important is automated/manual assembly or blister packing experience
