Role Description This is a full-time on-site Machine Operator role located in Lawrenceville, NJ. The Mixer Blender/ Tablet / Capsule Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality control checks, and using hand tools to ensure production efficiency and product quality. Full-time [On Site] Monday - Friday 9am-5pm $20-$35 Based on Experience

•Benefits are available Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor powder mixing, tablet press, capsule filling, and bottling machines. Ensure machines are running efficiently and produce according to specifications. Perform line clearances and changeovers between products. Conduct in-process checks (weight, appearance, count, etc.) and record results accurately. Troubleshoot equipment and notify maintenance of any malfunctions or mechanical issues. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and SOP guidelines. Complete production logs, batch records, and other documentation accurately. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times. Work with Quality Assurance to ensure all production meets regulatory and company standards. Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products as needed. Qualifications 1-3 years of machine operating experience in a food, supplement, or pharmaceutical environment preferred. Familiarity with mixers, tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging equipment. Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and SOPs in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Associate or higher Preferred Qualification Bilingual (English/Spanish/Chinese) a plus.
