Kaye personnel is accepting applications for Machine Operators needed at an established manufacturer in Pennsauken , NJ. These positions are long term with the potential to go permanent.

Job location is accessible by Public Transporation.

Machine Operator Schedule:

7AM-7PM your work schedule/hour will not change; your days will rotating days/once a month you will have to work Saturday & Sunday.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 Per Hour Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality
• Set up and operate Blow Mold machines and supporting equipment according to product specifications
• Good Manufacturing Practices and SSOP/Good Housekeeping standards (keep machines and area sanitized and clean)
• Perform all normal running adjustments to the equipment as required to produce the product to specification; record all changes
• Conserve raw materials and supplies
• Do routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting in case of failure and make repairs as directed and aid the maintenance personnel as required for major maintenance
• Ensure that quality standards are being followed according to PQCT
• Work as a valuable team member in the production room to accomplish the business goals
• Complete all documentation accurately and legibly (production reports, maintenance logs, obsolete logs, etc.)
• Assist in the training of other personnel in proper maintenance, operation and set-up of equipment

Requirements:

• Previous machine operator experience
• Blow Molding Machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25-35 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret standard measuring tapes
• Good troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check Come to our office between 8 am
