Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of advanced machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise in machine operation and mechanical systems will contribute directly to our production efficiency and product excellence. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments on machinery to maintain optimal performance. Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to quality standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine settings, and inspection results for compliance and continuous improvement purposes. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks including fabrication, welding, tooling setup, packaging, and finishing processes. Follow safety protocols diligently, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues at all times. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing experience Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, tooling setup, and fabrication techniques including welding and stamping press operations. Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly line tasks and materials handling equipment like forklifts. Strong understanding of quality control procedures using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Previous warehouse or factory experience emphasizing safety standards and efficient workflow management is preferred. Basic math skills necessary for measuring dimensions, calculating tolerances, and adjusting machine parameters accurately.
