$19 - $23 per hour Job Description We are seeking an experienced machine operator who is skilled in operating, setting up, and performing maintenance on high precision production equipment in a metal stamping and forming environment. Responsibilities Produce parts to customer specifications. Understand piece part drawings. Operate and tend to machine while running. Ensure pieces are coming out to specification. Measure parts using the proper inspection equipment and inspect raw materials. Enter data and fill out inspection sheets. Make adjustments to tooling to keep parts in specification. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and palletizing of parts. Perform all other duties, as assigned. Essential Skills Positive attitude and a team player. Good record keeping skills. Ability to measure parts accurately using toolmaker microscopes, comparators, etc. Willingness to work overtime when required. Good communication skills and attention to details. Mechanical aptitude. Experience in production manufacturing and machine operation. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phillipsburg, NJ.
