Overview We're a small company growing, looking for a reliable Equipment Operator to join our land clearing and excavation team. You'll run a mini excavator and skid steer on job sites, and safely tow and haul equipment between locations. If you're hardworking, safety minded, and like working outdoors, this is a great fit. What You'll Do Operate a mini excavator and skid steer to clear land, grade, and prep sites Hook up and unhook trailers safely Load and unload equipment on the trailer correctly and securely Follow all safety rules on the job site and on the road Do routine equipment checks and basic maintenance (fluids, greasing, tire checks, etc.) Keep job sites clean and organized Show up on time, work well with the team, and communicate clearly with your crew lead Handle physical labor as needed (moving materials, using hand tools, general site work) What We're Looking For ZERO substance issues Experience running a mini excavator and skid steer is greatly a plus but may consider some training with the right candidate Comfortable towing/driving a trailer and hitching/unhitching it safely Valid driver's license (and clean driving record) Understands basic equipment safety and site safety Dependable, on time, and takes ownership of the work Good attitude and works well with others Willing to work outdoors in all weather Prior experience in land clearing, excavation, or construction is a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
