Job Description

The Batcher/Compounder is responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required to produce finished syrup from calculation for bottling, canning, and premix/post-mix operations based upon number of cases and tanks scheduled for production each shift. Position Responsibilities Control flow of syrup to production lines. Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches. Set equipment parameters for operation. Perform quality checks as required. Sanitizes tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment. Inventory and control ingredients. Receive, monitor and control sugar. Maintain records. Operate forklift truck. Follow all policies and procedures, including Safety. Batches soft drinks and energy drinks. Maintains cleanliness of areas responsible for. Monitors activities in area of responsibility at all times during shift. Ensures that every detail and specification of each product is met. Operate forklift truck. Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook. Perform all aspects of position to highest quality. Report any non-conformance to Supervisor immediately. Know all quality standards and expectations of position and if not sure, ask supervisor before Requirements High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred Minimum 3 years food production operation experience' Ability to lift 50 lbs during shift.
