Saw/Cut Technician C&J Equipment Manufacturing is a full-service fabrication company established in 1978. We manufacture superior-quality equipment by implementing excellence in design, fabrication, and quality control. We have an exciting opportunity for a Saw/Cut Technician to join our production team in Bloomfield, NM. This position prepares, saws, cuts, and bevels materials for multiple projects. Prior saw/cut experience is helpful, but not required — we are willing to train the right person. The most important requirement is the ability to accurately read a tape measure, including fractions.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, saw, cut, and bevel materials for welders and production projects Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure Operate saws, hand plasma cutters, and related equipment after training Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company quality standards Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Work closely with welders and production team members to support project needs

Qualifications:

Must be able to accurately read a tape measure, including fractions Must be reliable and have good attendance Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/fabrication environment Previous experience operating saws, hand plasma cutters, or fabrication equipment is a plus, but not required
