Job Description

division is currently seeking a Machine Operator II - Comm Data. The hourly rate for this position is $22.73 plus .50 shift differential per hour.CORE HOURS

In this function you will:
- Understand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses
- Troubleshoot various machinery problems
- Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders
- QC and document all parts run on machines
- Retrieve and enter data into SAP computer system
- Inventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production
- Keep work areas clean and safe #IND123 ##
Qualifications:
Required (Basic)Qualifications:
- No relocation package offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location to be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- More than 6 months of experience with forming or bending machines
- More than 6 months of experience reading drawings or blueprints
- Experience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift.
- Able to lift and bend on a continuous basis
- Able to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.
Skills:
Position Criteria:
- Able to operate machinery and presses safely
- Able to read, accurately interpret and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings
- Able to identify different gauges and types of raw material
- Able to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers
- Able to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision ##
