Job Description
POSITION TITLE
Manufacturing/Blending Operator 2nd ShiftDEPARTMENT
ManufacturingREPORTS TO
Manager, ManufacturingPAY RANGE
$17.50-$22 p/h depending on experiencePOSITION OBJECTIVE
: Accurately weigh and blend raw materials for use in tablet formation.RESPONSIBILITIES
:- Utilize scales and balances to accurately weigh materials
- Combine raw materials into blenders for mixing
- Monitor mixing process
- Transfer mixed blends to Compression Department
- Document all activities in Master Production Records
- Complete activities within established time frames
- Clean and maintain equipment and production rooms
- Communicate any deviations to Supervisor
- Provide additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior pharmaceutical experience preferred but, will train as needed
- Ability to perform basic math, reading, writing.
- Lifting up to 40 pounds
- Pallet jack use
