Machine Set-Up Mechanic Pay:

$22.00-$35.00 per hour

2nd or 3rd Shift Nesco Resource is seeking Machine Set-Up Mechanics for our client in Elmira NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills who is interested in learning how to set up and operate high-speed manufacturing equipment. Previous machine set-up experience is not required. We are willing to provide comprehensive on-the-job training to the right candidates. Responsibilities Learn to set up and operate high-speed equipment in a manufacturing environment Perform machine adjustments and set-ups to ensure efficient production Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related issues Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments Follow established safety and production procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Technical or vocational training preferred Ability and willingness to learn and work with high-speed manufacturing equipment Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience is helpful but not required Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift following completion of training What We Offer Competitive pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour On-the-job training for qualified candidates Opportunity to develop valuable mechanical and equipment operation skills Stable career opportunity in a manufacturing environment Two positions are currently available.
