No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Set up machines according to production specifications and work instructions. Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed. Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met. Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel. Load raw materials and components into machinery. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Follow production schedules and meet established output goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Communicate production issues, defects, and equipment concerns promptly. Perform other duties as assigned.
