No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently. Perform visual inspections of in-process products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify defects, inconsistencies, or product issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor. Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality-control procedures. Accurately complete production and inspection documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety and quality requirements. Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals. Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
