Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator for the 2nd Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Operator you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

$20.50/hr
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm (plus additional hours until production is complete) What's the Job? Operate and support packaging lines including dry mix, pouches, pails, and cans, ensuring safe and correct operation. Maintain compliance with food safety standards, including SQF regulations and GMP practices. Inspect equipment for cleanliness and conduct pre-operational checks to ensure optimal performance. Accurately scan packaging materials and finished products into the BatchMaster system, ensuring proper labeling and packaging. Set up and configure equipment based on production schedules, ensuring correct packaging materials and codes are used throughout the process. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation accurately. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to complete production. What's in it for me?
