• Band Saws

• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate all models of Band Saws safely and efficiently + Load and unload materials as directed + Cut products to required tolerances and squareness specifications + Read and interpret job routers, blueprints, and work instructions + Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards + Maximize productivity while maintaining high-quality output + Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth operations •Required Skills & Abilities•+ Strong mechanical aptitude + Experience operating machines or industrial equipment + Proficient with hand and power tools + Saw operation experience preferred + Basic carpentry or general labor experience •Additional Qualifications•+ General machine operation or carpentry background strongly preferred + High School Diploma or GED required •Why Join Our Team?
