Job Description

Adecco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support the of high-quality electrode products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will operate automated manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, and help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. Shift-2nd 3:30pm-12:00am Payrate- $17.00/hour The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and quality, and thrives in a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated electrode manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. Set up, start, adjust, and troubleshoot Autoline equipment to maintain product quality and production output. Perform routine inspections and in-process quality checks to verify compliance with product specifications and quality standards. Load raw materials and components into production equipment while maintaining proper material flow. Identify, document, and communicate equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality concerns. Complete production documentation, batch records, and electronic transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Conduct line clearances and assist with product changeovers according to standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies, GMP requirements, and safety standards. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve production issues and achieve operational goals. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow. Follow all established safety procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements. Assist with training and mentoring team members and demonstrate flexibility across multiple production lines. Qualifications Required Skills & Competencies Experience operating manufacturing, production, or automated equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and documentation requirements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes. Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Experience with GMP, quality systems, or medical device manufacturing. Experience performing in-process inspections and quality checks. Familiarity with electronic production documentation systems. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle materials and operate equipment. Ability to lift, move, and transport materials within established guidelines. Visual acuity sufficient to perform detailed inspections and quality checks.
Pay Details:
