We're looking for skilled individuals to join our team operating CNC machines and manual vertical mills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with Haas or Fanuc controls, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up, load, and operate CNC machines and manual vertical mills Work with Haas and Fanuc controllers to maintain efficient production Run multiple machines while meeting quality and productivity standards Monitor production output and document results Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality specifications are met Install, align, and secure tooling, fixtures, attachments, and workpieces Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor fixture repairs as needed Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications What We're Looking For Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment preferred Familiarity with Haas and/or Fanuc controls Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation Preferred Qualifications G-Code programming experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Industrial manufacturing experience Why Join Us? ✅ Stable Team Environment - Many employees have been with the company for 5+ years, reflecting a supportive culture and strong retention. ✅ Career Growth Opportunity - This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential to build a long-term career. ✅ Multiple Shift Options - Choose from 1st or 2nd shift opportunities. ✅ Hands-On, Skilled Work - Utilize and grow your machining skills while working with modern CNC equipment. We look forward to meeting you! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Henrietta, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
