Rotating 2-2-3 schedule Employment type: Full Time Start date: ASAP We are hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Aurora, Ohio. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential, overtime opportunities, and benefits available upon hire.

Available Shifts Day shift:

8:00 AM-8:00 PM Night shift: 8:00 PM-8:00 AM 2-2-3 schedule Consistent scheduled days off Job Duties Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machinery Monitor production processes and material flow Inspect finished products for quality Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Make basic machine adjustments Complete production and quality documentation Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Requirements One to three years of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow detailed work instructions High school diploma or GED Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 55 pounds Caliper or micrometer experience is a plus Forklift experience is a plus Benefits $19
