Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking Rubber Extrusion professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining rubber extrusion machinery to produce high-quality rubber products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Set up and operate rubber extrusion machines according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output
• Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired product specifications
• Feed rubber material into the extruder and monitor the flow of material
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Experience:

• Previous experience operating rubber extrusion machinery is preferred but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
