Job description: Envelope Machine Adjuster (Experienced)

General Description:

Ohio Envelope Manufacturing Company specializes in manufacturing custom envelopes. The company has a range of envelope folding equipment, including RA's, MO's, SO's, and Wide Ranges. In addition to the folding equipment, the company has various cutting equipment as well as a Cheetah and several envelope printing jets. The Company is seeking an adjuster experienced in the operation, set-up, adjustment, changeover, and maintenance of envelope manufacturing equipment..

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Set up and make proper size changes and adjustments to machines Continuously monitor machines to ensure job quality and run speed standards are being met and make appropriate adjustments as they become necessary Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and cleaning aimed at extending the work life of machines while ensuring high quality output

Requirements and Environmental Conditions:

Strong focus on safety and quality Hard working with good attendance and time management skills High degree of mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with coworkers

Experience:

At least (8) years' experience as an envelope adjuster.

Work Status:

Full time 1st Shift. Willing to work overtime when needed.
