Responsibilities Assist in the binding and finishing of printed materials, including cutting, folding, and assembling. Operate various bindery equipment under the supervision of experienced staff. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bindery equipment as needed. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a printshop or bindery environment is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about bindery equipment. Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
