Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate and efficient production runs Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to determine cutting parameters Program CNC laser equipment using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and Fanuc controls to optimize performance Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC laser machinery to minimize downtime Measure finished parts with precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) compliance Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper material handling and machine operation protocols Maintain detailed production logs and quality control documentation for traceability and continuous improvement FABRE Laser cutting machine, 2kw Laser curing table supports parts up to 61"X 121" and cut cut up to 3/4" steel, 1/2" stainless steel, and 1/4" aluminum depending on on part design, material availability and project requirements. Skills Proficiency in CNC programming, CAM programming, and CNC machining processes Strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and shop math Experience operating industrial equipment such as press brake machines, stamping presses, CNC lathes, milling machines, and fabrication tools Familiarity with Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine automation Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues on CNC laser systems and other manufacturing equipment Knowledge of materials handling, packaging procedures, and assembly line operations Skilled in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and understanding GD&T principles SolidWorks experience or other CAD software knowledge is a plus for interpreting design specifications Awareness of safety standards in manufacturing environments to ensure a safe workspace for all team members Join us to be part of an innovative manufacturing environment where your skills will directly impact the quality of our products.
