Job Description

Position Summary:
Assembly Operator is guided by assembly instructions and assembles part in jig using fastening hardware and air powered hand tools. Assembly operator is required to inspect product for Quality assurance.
Essential Job Functions:
Follow safety and environmental procedures Come to work everyday, on time as scheduled Proficient communication skills Accurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts. Compare parts to work instructions to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product quality Use computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP system Knowledge of various fixtures and jigs. Perform basic preventative maintenance and repair and setup to keep equipment running smoothly and reduce downtime. Examine parts during production process. Execute scheduling board Ability to use motorized walking stacker
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Ability to use quality inspection equipment Proficient and basic math and computer skills
