Hour Rotating Shifts Day Shift:

7:00 AM

•7:00

PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM

•7:00 AM (+10% shift differential) 2-Week Rotation Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours) Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours) Only 7 working days in a 14-day pay period, providing extended time off between shifts. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment Load materials and support machine operations Perform quality inspections Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Assist with machine setup and adjustments Follow safety and production standards Qualifications Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or measuring tools is a plus Physical Requirements Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout shifts Operate handheld production tools Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be able to work rotating 8-12 hour shifts Build a long-term career with a company that values hard work, training, and advancement.

Pay Details:
