Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing & Warehouse Associates to work in production, inventory, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to support daily operational goals. Key Responsibilities Preform manufacturing and production duties to meet daily output goals. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, crate, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload materials and finished products. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Preferred Skills Manufacturing Support Warehouse Operations Shipping & Receiving Inventory Control Material Handling Quality Inspection Order Fulfillment Team Collaboration Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, or general labor preferred. Must be able to read a Tape Measure. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus.
