We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Findlay, Ohio. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and contributing to our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain complex machinery during designated shifts, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and meet production goals Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in a machine operating or manufacturing environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Valid driver's license (not required but preferred)

Important Details:
