Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Machine Specialist to join our Liquid Egg Processing team in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$19.90-$23.45 with a potential increase at 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this position.

Job functions include:

Maintaining assigned equipment to support production. This will include setting up the machines and ensuring they operate correctly.

Monitoring and improving uptime efficiency through operation of automation equipment.

Working with all supervisors, leads, team members to implement new ideas to improve the automation equipment.
