RESPONSIBILITIESOperate bonding machines that use adhesives to join materialsRead work orders to determine equipment settingsEnsure accurate application of adhesive or heating seal on material beings joinedAdjust the machine according to specifications of width, length, and thickness of materials, amounts of adhesive, temperature, and time settingsFill machines with materials including glue, cement, and other adhesivesInspect the machine to detect malfunctionsLearn basic troubleshooting and minor repairsRemove jammed materialsPerform test runs and make operational adjustmentsInspect and measure completed products for quality and conformanceComply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gearMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
