In this role, you'll assemble parts, operate basic production equipment, and complete visual quality checks while following safety and work instructions. Responsibilities Assemble light industrial and manufacturing components on a 2nd shift schedule following work instructions and safety standards Operate basic hand tools and production equipment to meet quality and productivity goals Inspect parts and finished products for defects, completing simple quality checks and documentation Follow standard operating procedures, 5 S practices, and housekeeping guidelines to keep work areas organized Work collaboratively with team leads, supervisors, and coworkers to meet shift targets and resolve issues Use My Work Choice's tech platform to view, select, and confirm shifts while maintaining reliable attendance Load, move, and stage materials or finished goods as needed, following proper lifting and safety protocols Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors or leads Adhere to company, client, and OSHA safety rules, including PPE and lockout/tagout where applicable Participate in on-the-job training and cross-training to support different workstations as needed Required Skills Assembly line operations Basic hand and power tool use Manufacturing safety procedures Quality inspection and documentation Reading work instructions and diagrams Basic mechanical aptitude Material handling5 S and workplace organization Time and attendance management apps PPE and OSHA awareness
