In this on-site role, you'll assemble, inspect, and package products while following clear work instructions and safety guidelines. You'll operate basic tools, check parts for defects, and help keep production lines running smoothly. Responsibilities Assemble light industrial and manufacturing components according to work instructions and quality standards Operate basic production and assembly tools and equipment safely Inspect parts and finished products for defects and report issues to supervisors Follow standard operating procedures and meet hourly and daily production goals Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment or next-stage processing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety guidelines Collaborate with team members and shift leads to support smooth production flow Use scheduling technology or mobile app to view, confirm, and adjust assigned shifts Accurately complete basic production logs or digital checklists Follow company and client policies for attendance, conduct, and quality compliance Required Skills Basic mechanical aptitude Use of hand and power tools Reading work orders and assembly instructions Quality inspection and defect recognition Basic safety and OSHA awareness Production line and takt-time awareness Packaging and labeling Use of mobile apps for scheduling and time tracking Basic recordkeeping and production logging Team communication in a production environment
