2987666667-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Walmart is seeking a Supply Chain Flex Warehouse Equipment Operator to support our fast paced retail distribution network. In this temporary, on site role, you'll operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage inventory for stores and e commerce orders. You'll accurately follow pick lists, use RF scanners, and maintain inventory integrity while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. Working in a team oriented environment, you'll support flexible assignments and shifts as business needs change, helping keep Walmart's supply chain running smoothly for millions of customers. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely Load, unload, pick, and stage products to support store and e commerce orders Follow inventory procedures, scan and track goods using warehouse systems Inspect equipment and report or log maintenance and safety issues Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards on each shift Follow safety, OSHA, and Walmart compliance policies at all times Collaborate with supervisors and team members to prioritize workflow Support flexible scheduling needs, including different shifts and areas Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet jack operation RF scanner use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Inventory control Order picking and packing Loading and unloading trailers Basic equipment inspection Safety and OSHA compliance Basic computer/data entry
